Terms and Conditions for Boost Juice UK  and MOJU instagram competiton”

  1. Eligibility:

    • The competition is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 years or older.
    • Employees of Boost Juice UK and MOJU DRINKS, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

  2. How to Enter:

    • Follow @boostjuiceuk and @mojudrinks on Instagram.
    • Like the competition post on the @boostjuiceuk Instagram page.
    • Tag a friend in the comments section of the competition post whom you would share the prize with.
    • Multiple entries are allowed; each comment with a different tagged friend counts as an additional entry.

  3. Entry Period:

    • The competition opens on 21.05.2024 and closes at 11:59 PM GMT on 25.06.2024.

  4. Winner Selection:

    • One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
    • The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 5 days after the competition closes.
    • If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

  5. Prize:

    • The prize includes:
      • 5 regular smoothies of the winner’s choice from Boost Juice.
      • A month’s supply of MOJU shots, to be collected from the winner’s nearest Boost store.
    • The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
    • Boost Juice UK and MOJU reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

  6. Prize Collection:

    • The winner must collect the prize in person from their nearest Boost store.
    • A valid ID must be presented at the time of collection.

  7. General Conditions:

    • By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Boost Juice UK and MOJU, which are final and binding in all matters related to the competition.
    • Boost Juice UK and MOJU reserve the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the competition if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond their reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the competition, as determined by Boost Juice UK and Moju Drinks in their sole discretion.

  8. Publicity:

    • The winner agrees to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without any additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

  9. Limitation of Liability:

    • Boost Juice UK and MOJU are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the competition.
    • Boost Juice UK and MOJU assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.

  10. Governing Law:

    • The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
